As an art director and designer, Brian has spearheaded the development of branding, books, packaging and user experiences for a variety of clients, in addition to being a senior designer at Scholastic, the global children's publishing, education and media company. He is also the the design director of Freakstep Records, an independent dubstep label, and a freelance illustrator whose work has been recognized by the Society of Illustrators and American Illustration.

Raised in Atlanta, Brian earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from MICA in Baltimore and is an alumni of Milton Glaser's Summer Program at SVA. He is also a founding member of the Children's Publishing Design Forum, an AIGA mentor, and an active member of the Type Director's Club. He currently lives in New York City.
